Trap Range

The Franklin County Sportsmen’s Club holds regular Wednesday night Trap Shoots. The Club is open to the public during this time for trap shooting only and the Rifle/Pistol Range is closed. Wednesday night shoots begin at 1:00 pm 

We have two well lit trap fields with concrete walkways that can accommodate shooters up to 30 yards. Both fields have PAT traps, one with wobbble, and are equipped with Canterbury voice calls, and both are capable of throwing doubles targets. We also have a covered pavillion with fans and picnic tables.  

Shooters can shoot practice rounds of Singles, Handicap, and/or Doubles. Member's cost is $3.75 per round of 25, non-member price is $4.50, and Youth (Under 18) is $3.00. 

A long bird Jackpot may also be shot subject to shooter participation. The drawing of tickets for the Long Bird will be at 6:15 and the event will be shot at 6:30pm. 

Turkey matches (games) may also be shot following the long bird.

ATA registered shoots are held on the second Saturday of each Month from March to October beginning at 11:00 am, traps will open at 10:00 am for practice. Please check the calendar.

Cost is $20 per 100 targets for both members and non-members, plus the daily ATA fee of $3.00 and the daily KTL fee of $2.00.

Registered shoots are open to all ATA Members 

Please pick up all spent hulls and always practice safe gun handling.
